This DFHC1.2-235AL-EC91.X3.1195 is an industrial dry air cooler built for fluid cooling using 30% ethylene glycol. It delivers a cooling capacity of 394.8kW. At design conditions of 40°C fluid inlet, 35.9°C outlet and 28°C ambient air, it handles a fluid flow rate of 25.1 L/s at a 77.48 kPa pressure drop, with an airflow rate of 36.06 m³/s.

The unit suits process cooling, chiller heat rejection and general HVAC fluid-cooling work.

Heat exchanger and build

The coil is a CK 60-5-12-3600 unit with copper tubes and poly-coated aluminium fins. It runs 75 circuits at 4 tubes per circuit. The poly-coated fins resist corrosion and extend service life in outdoor conditions. Inlet and outlet connections are 108mm bi-metal, so the cooler integrates cleanly into glycol-based systems.

The casework is grey painted galvanised steel, engineered for outdoor industrial sites.

Fans and electrical supply

Air movement comes from high-efficiency EC axial fans rated at 3.20kW and 1200 rpm. The fans give variable-speed control, low noise and lower energy use. Electrical data:
